The Audience Agency worked on audience anaylses and evaluation for the Black Theatre Live consortia.
The Audience Agency is the audience development agency for England. It is a non-profit organisation that exists to support the cultural and heritage sector - In England and beyond - to develop more meaningful connections and relationships with their audiences.
The team is made up of specialists who work together to create solutions with individuals who specialise in marketing planning, audience research, community engagement, digital marketing, and overall audience planning and strategy development.
The agency works across the cultural sector and has experience of a range of artforms and agendas, including museums and galleries, performing arts, independent film, heritage, tourism, local authorities, public sector umbrella organisations, charities and the private sector.
The agency also delivers a major commission from Arts Council England – Audience Finder - to support cultural organisations across the country by providing insights and practical advice to help cultural organisations develop their audience through collecting, understanding and using data
